These terms apply to every digital product from She Is Resilience, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company owned by Giovonni Hinton, LCSW (“we,” “us”), free or paid, including Out of the Loop and But Do I Really Love Them? (the “Products”). By downloading or buying a Product, you agree to these terms.
The Products are for education and self-reflection only. They are not therapy, a diagnosis, or medical or mental health advice, and they don’t replace care from a licensed professional. Downloading, buying or using a Product does not create a therapist–client relationship.
If you think you may have OCD, please seek an assessment from a licensed provider. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or go to your nearest emergency room.
We own all rights to the Products, including the text, prompts, scripts, design, images and branding. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying or downloading a Product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use each Product for your own private, non-commercial use, with no time limit unless it ends under Section 4.

Professionals who would like to use a Product with clients or groups can email us to request a written license.
Your license ends automatically if you break these terms. If that happens, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies.
Paid Products are sold through Stan, which processes payment. Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds, except where the law requires it.
If your file doesn’t arrive or won’t open, email us within 14 days and we’ll send a working copy. Please contact us before filing a chargeback.
Free Products require your name and email address, and by signing up you agree to receive occasional emails from She Is Resilience. You can unsubscribe at any time.
The Products are provided “as is.” Everyone’s experience with OCD is different, and we don’t guarantee any particular result.
You use the Products at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of a Product, including emotional distress or relationship outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you download or buy a Product applies to that Product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
